Automation & Drives Motion Control Systems Department (A&D MC) creates new technological and applied center in Erlangen (Germany). The new building will be equipped with industrial machines, which will be used for the technology development, showing and training of machine-tool builders, as well as end users.
The total sum of investments is ˆ 9 million, about 7000 square meters of total area for the machines, technological center and training facilities. Next spring the building will be ready.
Siemens A&D MC will create the conditions for joint development of optimal conceptions of industrial machines together with machine-tool builders, as well as train the users of the machines using these innovative solutions in automation and drives.
